A Power of Attorney is a legal document in which you or your company give the authority to another person or company to act on your behalf or on behalf of the company.
The Power of Attorney (POA), can either be for a specific project or defined authority or can be to act “in all manner and respects”. The POA can also be defined to be for a specific period of time or indefinitely.
The person or company giving the rights under a POA is known as the “Grantor” and the person or company you are empowering to act on your behalf, is known as the “Attorney” or “Agent” or “Grantee”.
We can draft a POA in accordance with your specific instructions and if required it can be notarised or notarised and apostilled.
