Seals

Seals

Historically companies were required to have a company seal for the execution of deeds and other documents, known as “the common seal”. Some jurisdictions have now dispensed with the requirement for the company to have a seal. In some jurisdictions such as Hong Kong it is referred to as a “chop”. Depending on the requirement of the country of incorporation either a rubber stamp seal or embossing seal may be required.

We can provide any type of seal, usually within 24 – 48 hours, our staff would be pleased to discuss your specific requirements.
